Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- Product is unused.
- Product is unwashed.
- Product is in original packaging.
- All tags and labels remain attached.
- Original invoice is available.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized products.
- Personal care items.
- Gift cards.
- Products marked "Non-Returnable."
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong product
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the product

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refund approval will be communicated via email.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer after obtaining the customer's bank details.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for:
- Wrong product received.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a customer preference, return shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
